GLOBAL DESIGN TEAM
The Evolutions system has been globally designed from our bases in Australia, Thailand and England, which has enabled a flexibility in design approach and with an optimised system in order to cater for the global market.
DESIGN ARCHITECTURAL
Within the current design series there are models for housing, condominiums, apartments, hotels and resorts. Current models in this series can be used or mixed for differing applications, for example, houses, condominiums and a hotel can be used to create a resort. Resort bungalows can be used for housing, condominiums can be used for a hotel and hotels can be used as condominiums. Different uses for models in different countries may require adjustments to suit, for example, minimum room sizes in some countries for bedroom sizes in housing A variety of external cladding options are available for all models in the series, which are provided in the back of this manual. Bespoke designs and new one-off models can be provided.
ENGINEERING
This series has been designed for SE Asia standards and requires project specifics re-design to suit location conditions, such as soil conditions and for every country, specific code compliant requirements allowing for elements such as wind, seismic, and temperature.
INTERIOR
Within the current design series, there are styles in one model that can be used in another, including multi-functional built-in and loose furniture features. A variety of interior cladding options, fixture, fittings, finishes and furnishings are available for all models in the range, which are provided in the back of this manual. Bespoke re-designs and new one-off designs can also be provided.
SUSTAINABILITY
This series has been designed with a variety of sustainability issues accounted for including, recycled/renewable materials, solar heat control, thermal temperature control, energy efficiency, water recycling and building recycle re-use. Additional options can be added, which are provided in the back of this manual.
BUILDING AUTOMATION
This design series includes standard home automation via an i-Pad or smart phone including, security cameras, alarm system, lighting, temperature control, smart glass, music, internet devices controlled by Wi-Fi. Additional options can be added, which are provided in the back of this manual.
