Onsite construction is able to commence well before approvals are gained. This means project timelines can be reduced by 30-90% of traditional construction, depending on the location and type of the building. Typically, the factory work will include all elements of the building from the posts up. So onsite site work, piling, foundations and site services are able to start while the manufacturing is completing. Once the off-site elements arrive on-site, crane/s are required to remove the larger components from trucks and into place. Onsite connections of structure and services follow, with finishes to joints on the inside and outside of the building. See the diagram below.
